Healthcare & wellbeing

Help the next patient feel ready to call.

A dental website needs to explain the care you provide, introduce the people behind it and make an appointment request straightforward. We design practice websites, review existing patient journeys and plan search improvements around the treatments and locations you actually serve.

  • Independent dental practices
  • Multi-provider dental clinics
  • Orthodontic practices
  • Cosmetic and specialist dentistry

01 / The audience

Start with the person on the other side.

Someone looking for a dentist may be comparing a routine appointment, an urgent concern or a treatment they have never had before. Those visitors need different information. We organise the site around those decisions, with plain-language treatment navigation and a clear distinction between requesting an appointment and receiving a confirmed booking.

Explain treatments clearly

Separate services with distinct patient questions, such as preventive care, orthodontics and restorative treatments. The practice supplies and approves clinical wording; we shape it into readable pages with relevant next steps.

Make the practice feel familiar

Introduce the dentists and team, show real practice photography and explain the first visit. Place opening hours, access information, contact details and payment guidance where a new patient expects to find them.

Connect the appointment journey

Link an existing booking system or design a short appointment-request flow. Agree where requests arrive, who follows up and how visitors know whether their appointment has been confirmed.

02 / A useful page plan

A structure with a job to do.

This is a planning starting point. The final page list depends on your services, content and the actions your visitors need to complete.

Treatment pages

Purpose, suitability questions, practice-approved explanations and an appointment route.

Meet the team

Provider biographies, qualifications supplied by the practice and individual areas of focus.

New patients

What to bring, what happens next, payment information and practical visiting details.

Practice locations

Accurate opening hours, directions, accessibility information and location-specific contacts.

04 / Behind the website

Make the hand-off work for your team.

Appointment platforms, patient portals and payment tools should remain part of an agreed system. We can scope connections to existing providers, while keeping clinical records outside a general marketing enquiry form. Patient stories, reviews and photographs are published only when the practice has approved their use.

We agree which tool owns the information, who receives a request and what the visitor sees next. Provider subscriptions, additional infrastructure and custom development are identified in the proposal.

05 / Review your current site

Three checks worth making.

  1. Can a new patient identify the right treatment without opening every menu?
  2. Do mobile calls, appointment links and location directions work?
  3. Do enquiries reach the correct team with a usable confirmation?

06 / Working together

From a clear brief to a working website.

  1. Discover

We discuss the audience, priority tasks, existing tools and who will approve the content.

  2. Scope

We agree the pages, functionality, provider connections, responsibilities and billing before building.

  3. Build & review

Design and content are reviewed against the agreed visitor journeys on mobile and desktop.

  4. Launch & maintain

We test the final destinations, agree ownership and plan updates around the way your team operates.

07 / Common questions

Before we start.

Can you redesign our site while keeping our domain?

Yes. We review existing URLs, content and enquiry tools before planning the replacement. Useful treatment pages should keep their URLs where practical, with redirects agreed for pages that move.

Does every dentist need a separate website?

Not necessarily. Provider profiles and clear treatment pages may work better within one practice website. Separate sites depend on ownership, services and how patients choose between the practices.
